In the past few years the board and other volunteers of COC Amsterdam have worked hard on visibility of who we are and what we do. We work form the awareness that LGBTIQ+’s are an inseparable part of the society of Amsterdam and region. From this we contribute to a society in which all people can be themselves.
We are looking for enthusiastic new board members who are motivated to further these themes. At the moment there are several vacancies for board positions. The position of chairperson will also be vacant at the end of the year. We invite all persons interested in such a position to contact us. The portfolio and possible start up training is based on mutual agreement. These will also depend on your own experience and preferences. Board memberships are volunteer positions, within the beautiful field of sexual – and gender diversity, together with the members and the other volunteers of COC Amsterdam. The time that needs to be invested averages six to eight hours per week. Coffee is served with cookies.
